AusPost have suspended their next day guarantee service due to the 
situation surrounding Covid-19. All express packages are sent via 
the fastest route
available and under priority. Unfortunately there is no 
guarantee that your package will get to you as fast as express normally would.

All orders to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post – International.  
Duty, customs tariffs and local sales taxes are set by the destination country. 
Payment of any applicable duties and taxes is required before your order will
be released from customs and recipients are liable for all import duties, customs
and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.

Options available at checkout subject to AusPost offering these tariffs as available:

International Standard: Tracking is available with this option and the delivery estimate is usually within 5-12 business days

Economy Air:  Tracking is not available with this option and the delivery estimate is 25+ business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED IN THE ESTIMATED TIME?

Our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time it takes from the date of dispatch and not the date your order is placed.

If all of your items are in stock at the time of purchase, we aim to dispatch the very next business day.

Our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday – Friday and excludes both Australian and New Zealand public holidays. 

If your parcel is being delivered to your home address and you are out, AusPost may leave your parcel in a safe place at their discretion. Please click here if you would like more information on AusPost guidelines for leaving deliveries.

If you haven’t received your order, firstly check your confirmation email to confirm that your details were correct and then please drop us an email to customerservice@curlymisscompany.com. We will check to make sure that your order was dispatched correctly. Don’t forget to allow enough time as per the guidelines listed above before contacting us!

1. You’ll find your tracking number and a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

I REALLY DON’T WANT TO MISS MY DELIVERY:

All of our domestic deliveries are made via Australia Post and do not require a signature to be delivered. The postie will leave your goodies in a safe place if appropriate. You can check the AusPost delivery guidelines here

We would be happy to ship your order to your place of work or business address if this option suits you better. Please include instructions with your order so we can accommodate this request.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

If one of the items you ordered is not in stock then we can delay sending your parcel until all items are back in stock. Alternatively, we can send your items separately (at your expense) or if you’d prefer – you can cancel your order and receive a refund.

MY DELIVERY IS MISSING OR CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO ME AND IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER

THE ADDRESS I GAVE TO CURLY MISS WAS INCORRECT, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Unfortunately, if you give us the wrong address, Curly Miss Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for delayed, lost or missing parcels and as such no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. Please make sure you double check your address to ensure that all the details are correct BEFORE submitting your orders. No changes to orders can be made after the fact.to
