You can check the status of your order by signing in to your Curly Miss Account. You can find your account on the top right hand side of your screen under the “My Account” tab. If you checked out as a guest and do not have a Curly Miss account, you can find your shipping details in our confirmation emails that will have been sent out as a result of placing your order.
Unfortunately not. Once you have placed your order we are unable to make changes to it.
You sure can, however, free shipping and flat rate shipping are not applicable to bulk orders. Orders that weigh under 5kg’s and fit in standard a AusPost delivery box are eligible for free delivery (subject to minimum values) and flat rate delivery. Anything above this will be charged for separately.

Afterpay can be used as a payment option if you: live in Australia, are at least 18 years of age and you use an Australian Debit or Credit Card to make your purchase
You won’t pay anything extra for using Afterpay as your payment option, as there is no added interest. Once you have completed your purchase through the Curly Miss website, you will pay instalments directly to Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule they set out. This will be sent to you via email directly from Afterpay.
If a payment is due but not received by Afterpay in accordance with their payment schedule, a $10 late payment fee will be charged, with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment remains unpaid. In addition, because an Afterpay account is linked to your credit or debit card, standard card fees and charges apply.
There is no minimum however, the maximum order value (including delivery) for Afterpay is AUD$2,000.
No, you cannot make a partial payment with Afterpay.

No, because Afterpay is not a credit service provider. Your Afterpay account will be linked to a credit or debit card of your choosing that has already have been approved via your chosen credit/banking provider.
To pay using Afterpay, follow these simple steps:
1. Browse online, find something you love and would like to purchase, then click the ‘Add to cart’ button.
2. Once you’ve finished shopping, click the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.
3. Fill out your delivery details.
4. Select your preferred delivery option from the options available for your parcel delivery.
5. Select Afterpay as your payment option and follow all relevant prompts to complete your order.

If you have purchased some haircare items and you are also trying to purchase a gift card for someone, the Afterpay checkout option won’t appear. This is because you are not permitted to purchase gift cards using Afterpay. Remove the gift card from your basket and you may complete your Afterpay purchase. You will then have to complete your gift card purchase using your debit or credit card.
All orders that are placed will be processed between 3 – 5 business days. If you place your order on a Friday or over a weekend, the estimated processing time will start from the next business day. Please note that no orders will be processed on Australian Public Holidays.

You must like one of our best sellers! We get new stock in all the time so you can place an order in anticipation of the arrival of stock and we will get this dispatched to you ASAP. Alternatively if you choose to subscribe, we will notify you when your item is back in stock.
Items that are available for back order, can take a little while to arrive. This depends on stock levels and existing orders in place. We will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm when we are expecting our stock to arrive. We are at the mercy of our manufacturers and can not always guarantee products to arrive on time.

Our suppliers update their packaging from time to time. The website pictures just haven’t been updated yet!
Our suppliers update their formula’s occasionally and we are not always notified of these changes. We do our best to keep the website up to date, but it is always best to check the product label for 100% accuracy when it comes to ingredients.
If the ingredients are changed and the product falls outside of the curly girl method, then it is likely it will no longer be stocked, or the website will have details of how the product deviates from the curly girl method.
If there is an ingredient that you are allergic too the please get in touch and we can always double check the bottle for you, before you place your order.
Every Curly’s hair is unique and will require products specific to it’s own needs. Curl Pattern, density, hair thickness and porosity will all have an affect on what products you should use. If you are just beginning your “curl discovery” journey, then take a little time to examine your hair and how it behaves. Remember your hair will change over time and the more your care for your curls by avoiding heat and damaging products, the more your curls and waves should develop. What your hair needs now, may not be what it needs forever!

All of our products are Curly Girl Approved! So you can buy anything from Curly Miss and not have to worry. The only exceptions are a couple of stocked items contain parabens and a few of the clarifying shampoos contain Olefin Sulfonate. Whilst parabens are not strictly “bad” for curly hair, there has been a lot of press around the use of parabens and experts have questioned whether they are safe to use. You should do your own research.
Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate is considered Curly Girl friendly by some and not by others. It is a suitable ingredient when wishing to clarify but can be drying for some. It’s up to you to decide whether they are right for your hair or not. Hair that’s low porosity might be fine with these, but they might dry out hair that’s high porosity. Also how harsh they are depends on their concentration in the shampoo and the presence of other ingredients.
