All orders are shipping from our Gold Coast warehouse. For same state deliveries, Australia Post quote approx 1-3 business days. For East Coast deliveries, Australia Post quote approx 3-5 business days. For all other states and territories, Australia Post estimate approx 4-10 business days.
If you put the wrong address in your order, you can request a redirect with Australia Post here. Please kindly note that it is your responsibility to provide an accurate and valid address. Once your order has been placed, we do not have ability to change your address. If you need to change it, you need to request a redirect with Australia Post.

Cancellations only are accepted within 1 hour of order placement*. This is because we operate extremely fast and process orders around the clock in order to send them out ASAP.

All orders will be given a tracking number once dispatched. Parcels may be split. If this is so, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post. Once left our warehouse, we have no control or intel on your order. All queries to do with your parcel and delivery are to be sent to Australia Post.
If you have provided an insufficient address, most times Australia Post will return it to us. If this happens, please get in contact with us to re-send it to a valid address. Please note that this involves creating a whole new shipment with Australia Post, resulting in a $10 re-shipment charge. We cannot resend your order without receiving it first.
Our standard dispatch timeframe is 1-3 business days. This may vary during busy periods. If you have ordered products on pre-order, then please see the arrival date on the product you ordered for a more accurate timeframe. Express orders are always prioritised and sent ahead of standard orders.
We only ship with Australia Post. Australia Post is much more reliable and faster than other postal services.
We are not responsible for customs and import taxes. Please note that you are responsible for any customs or import taxes that your country imposes.
We highly recommend ordering insurance with your order. Insurance is one of our shipping options available at checkout. Insurance helps protect orders that are damaged in transit. Items damaged in transit can only be replaced/compensated for if insurance is purchased.
We ship to select countries. Please note, we are not liable for parcels lost in transit, stolen or import fees. Once the parcel has left our warehouse, we have no control over it and are not liable. For orders outside of AU/NZ, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $29.95 AUD.

We have a fully stocked warehouse and regularly restock items to avoid selling out of products as much as possible.
